Director Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives

Danaher seeks a Director to develop and implement health and welfare benefit strategies across the Americas, managing complex programs spanning multiple countries and vendor relationships. The role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making to enhance associate experience while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-year benefits strategy for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders on benefits initiatives
• Manage benefits data warehouse, monitor trends, and deliver actionable insights through analytics
• Lead vendor performance oversight, contract renewals, and M&A benefit integration activities
• Oversee U.S. absence management programs and guide global benefit partner capability development

Requirements

• 7+ years benefits strategy and delivery experience with U.S. health and welfare focus
• Demonstrated success managing benefits across large populations and multiple vendors
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• M&A benefits integration experience and global benefits exposure (Canada, LATAM) a plus
• Disability and absence program expertise advantageous
• North America retirement experience beneficial

Compensation: $180,000-$220,000 base
