Restoration/ Construction Project Manager *XACTIMATE REQUIRED in San Antonio

Job Description Join Lenz Contractors, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. Bonus if you have working knowledge of Xactimate . This role is focused on project management, scheduling, communication, oversight & customer service throughout the construction process. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality projects and excellent client experiences. Responsibilities Manage residential restoration & reconstruction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections & material deliveries Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters & office staff Conduct regular job site visits & maintain project quality standards Keep projects moving efficiently & on schedule Learn & Utilize Xactimate for project familiarity & coordination purposes Provide exceptional customer service & professional communication Qualifications Previous construction project management experience required Xactimate experience is a bonus Restoration industry experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Valid driver’s license required Benefits Full-Time | Monday – Friday Overtime When Necessary 3 Weeks PTO Per Year Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Options Paid Holidays Company Vehicle/ Gas/ Cell Phone provided Established Company with Strong Reputation Since 1978 Company Description Lenz is growing restoration & reconstruction, specializing in insurance-related repairs (water, fire & storm damage).
