I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been in the insurance industry for 27 years and have loved building a career focused on helping people protect what matters most. Outside of work, I'm the proud grandmother of six, enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.

Giving back to our community is important to me. Our agency proudly sponsors local youth sporting events and stays actively involved through our church and other community activities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Jamie Russell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
