Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Morningstar Residential Care Center – Oswego, New York Pay: Up to $45/hour + $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Responsibilities: Provide skilled PT services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards Develop individualized plans of care with clear goals and discharge planning Perform evaluations, annual screens, and nursing-requested assessments Document treatments, progress, and billing in compliance with state and federal regulations Utilize treatment modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, and diathermy Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per regulations Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care meetings, in-services, and ongoing education Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance You’ll serve as a vital bridge between our rehab department and center staff, always representing our mission with compassion and professionalism.
