Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine both business and technical requirements. Experience with translating requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring ongoing alignment with project milestones and objectives. Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate framework based on project needs. Experience identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, managing issues proactively, and maintaining project stability. Ability to provide regular status updates, including dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level summaries tailored to various audiences. Experience facilitating project meetings, driving clarity, alignment, and communication across cross-functional teams. Ability to manage release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring adherence to change control and compliance processes throughout delivery.
