Graduate Nurse - Ambulatory Clinic RN

Responsibilities The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The position facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role collaborates with other health care team members and maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
