CNC Machine Operator

Description CNC Machine Operator I, II, and III We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Northstar Building Systems, LLC. in Bonita Springs, FL. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce quality products in a safe manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, the capability to think critically, and the motivation to work hard. Our competitive salary range is between $18 - $26 annually, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge in a growing industry.
• Ability to read shop drawings
• Ability to do simple math calculations, understand fractions, and perform tape measurements
• Monitoring and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards
• Troubleshooting production issues and making mechanical adjustments to restore machines to optimal operation
• Completing routine preventative maintenance on the machines, including lubrication and cleaning
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment at all times Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation of manufacturing machinery
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints
• Ability to understand instructions and execute them
• Knowledge of the principles of CNC operation
• US Work Authorization
• Detail-Oriented Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
• This would be for 1st shift, but flexible to work overtime or change schedules if needed in the future
