Landscape Project ManagerManages and provides quality control of job site and leadership to foremen and all service employees assigned to the account. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned area of responsibility.Quality Control of Job SiteAssist with project planning for job sitesConduct before and after inspections of siteMake determination on feasibility and timing of customer requestsPerform pruning and weed control and other operations as neededAssist crew in completion of required tasksCoordinate materials and delivery of materials with vendors, landscape manager and crewsEmployee SupervisionImplement schedule set by Landscape ManagerOversee proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment usage and practiceConduct on the job trainingPrioritize the day's work list and assign duties to crew membersClient CommunicationProactively address questions or issuesReview site with clientUpdate client on status of siteSuggest improvements and potential up sellAdministrative DutiesEnsure Foremen complete time sheets dailyComplete paperwork on accidents and report them to managementComplete weekly vehicle reportsPerform equipment inventoryEnsure crews are pre loaded for next day's workSalesDevelop relationship with existing and potential customers to sell landscape services or up sell existing servicesAssist in new site take off estimatesAssist in analyzing job costs to keep in line with customer pricingEquipmentPerform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipmentEnsure vehicle cleanliness is maintainedRequirementsHave a current NC Driver's licenseHave basic plant and irrigation system knowledgeAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to perform physical labor in a wide variety of climatic conditions for prolonged periods of timeAbility to utilize basic landscape equipmentKnowledge of plant identity and landscaping fields
