This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Job Duties Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs, SQF standards, and USDA guidelines. Count, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment. Verify product date codes, weight specifications, and quality standards. Inspect products to ensure they meet customer and company expectations. Transport products between production areas using racks and carts. Assist with palletizing and packaging operations. Verify pouch seals and packaging integrity throughout the production process. Operate production equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Support team members and assist in completing production goals. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Ability to understand and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments. Frequent lifting, packing, pulling, labeling, organizing, and casing of finished products. Ability to work in various production areas, including freezers, chill tanks, and hot pack environments.
