If you are a leadership-oriented individual who is ready to take your financial career to the next level as a partner in our general office, we have an opportunity for you! New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training program in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Completion of the program requirements can lead to a transition into management as an associate partner. If this sounds like a fit for you, apply today!
Compensation:$100,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
- Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
- Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
- Recruit and develop your own team
- Help grow a sales office
- Build a team atmosphere
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry
- Some sales experience is needed
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
- Coachable
- Self Driven
- Highly motivated
