Do you have the expertise to design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials, and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications?You AreAs a Manager in Accenture's Security practice, you will forge strong relationships with some of the brightest minds in the business and serve as a trusted advisor and delivery leader for clients navigating the intersection of human behavior, cybersecurity risk, AI transformation, and organizational change.You may be asked to:Own and lead a human risk management (HRM) program from end-to-end; strategy through execution for a domestic or global enterprise clientServe as a Delivery Lead or project manager, coordinating workstreams, managing resources, and driving accountability across cross-functional teamsStep into a PMO function, building governance frameworks, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication rhythmsAct as a senior individual contributor — conducting assessments, building deliverables, and delivering workshops as an SMAContribute to RFPsDevelop junior resources to set them up for success, ensuring effective execution while building their skills and professional capabilities.What stays constant: your ability to bring credibility, calm, and momentum to whatever the engagement demands, as well as passion for your own self-directed continuous learning to remain an SMA on the evolving threat landscape.The WorkHuman Risk Management & Cybersecurity AdvisoryDesign and execute cybersecurity awareness, training, and behavior change programs for enterprise clients across various industriesAssess client human risk posture — including security culture gaps and training effectiveness — and translate findings into actionable roadmapsAdvise on and implement AI-enabled learning experiences and human risk management technologiesTranslate emerging threat intelligence (social engineering, identity-based attacks, AI misuse, Responsible AI, Non-Human Identities) into practical, timely employee education and engagement strategiesDefine and track KPIs that measure risk reduction, AI adoption, behavior change, security culture maturity, and program ROIDelivery Leadership & Program ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional cybersecurity engagements — managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectationsStand up and run PMO functions: governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, and executive dashboardsCoordinate distributed delivery teams — onshore, offshore, and client-side — with clarity and accountabilityDevelop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and strategic recommendations that drive decision-making at the C-suite and board levelClient & Stakeholder EngagementBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization — from CHROs and CISOs to frontline managers and operations practitionersFacilitate workshops, webcasts, and working sessions that drive alignment and advance program momentumSupport business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping scope future engagementsPartner with Accenture's broader security, change management, and learning communities to bring the best of the firm to each clientTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you needMinimum of 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, organizational change, learning & development, or consultingMinimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience with human risk management — including at least one of: security awareness programs, behavioral analytics, insider risk, or cybersecurity culture changeMinimum of 7 years managing or contributing to fast-paced, complex, multi-workstream projects in a consulting or client-facing environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Professional Skills RequirementsStrong executive communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to adapt your message to technical and non-technical audiences alikeBonus points if you haveExperience in a professional services or management consulting environmentFamiliarity with human risk management platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Proofpoint Security Awareness, RedFlags, Immersive, Cofense, Hoxhunt)Exposure to PMO methodologies, delivery frameworks, or project governance (PMP, Agile, or equivalent experience)Working knowledge of adjacent cybersecurity domains: identity & access management, data protection, insider risk, cloud security, or AI riskExperience using data and metrics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and build executive insightsIndustry certifications such as CRISC, CISM, SSAP, PMP, or PROSCI are a plus, but not requiredCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
