In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in focusing on the daily data entry and processing transactions while assisting the senior team members of payroll on ensuring that payroll operations for HelloConnect employees are well established, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Timekeeping: Assist in timekeeping review of employees on a weekly basis and inform leaders of the needed actionbefore the payroll run. Email Sending on attendance validation. Flag anomalies on employee attendance and report to senior payroll specialists. Employee Payroll Bank Accounts: Assist employees in opening payroll bank accounts and coordinate with the bank. Assist employees in any query related to their payroll account and provide employee awareness to it payment selection. Prepare the list of payroll accounts needed to be offboarded. Payroll Team Support and Payroll Calculations: Assist the senior payroll specialist on payroll processes every 10th and 25th of the month. Assist in the process of employee's annualization of compensation, gathering of the new hire previous BIR 2316, and the release of the Annualized tax return. Final Pay Process: Prepare the supporting documents or working files for final pay processing Prepare the convertible leave balances of resigned employees. Coordinate and email the resigned employees on the status of their final pay. Monitor and update the final pay tracker on a regular basis. Employee Service and Support: Respond and provide resolution to basic employee inquiries related to payroll, such as payroll earnings, deductions, pay slip clarifications, timekeeping concerns, government mandated deductions, loan balances or applications, and tax clarifications. Coordinate with senior payroll specialist should they need help in resolving employee concerns. Records and Documentation Retention: Maintain organized physical and digital payroll records for the assigned tasks and other working files. Ensure payroll records follow the company standard and proper approval workflows. Others: Assist with any ad-hoc project assignments from senior payroll specialists, payroll team leaders, andthe finance manager. Ensure that he/she follows the strict pre-set guidelines as to the payroll process and protocols. What you’ll bring Entry level, 0 - 2 years of payroll experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to do overtime when needed, but focus on efficiency. Capacity to quickly learn HRIS or Payroll Tools. With Mathematical Ability and able to input massive volumes of numbers. Resourceful and keen on details.
