Outpatient Senior Physical Therapist - Oak Brook Terrace

Overview Loyola Medicine, part of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop and implement effective Physical Therapy programs based on assessments and clinical judgement for inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses. Provide patient education, consultation, and discharge planning. Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians. Maintain documentation and report patient progress. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred). Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association). 3‑5 years of previous job‑related experience in physical therapy. Compensation Pay Range: $35.89 - $62.91 per hour (actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and comparative factors).
