Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license and registration
• Previous experience in school-based OT, particularly with K-8th grade, is strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP process and collaborative teamwork in educational settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of students to identify areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized OT intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actionable recommendations
