Financial Consultant

Consulting with clients to assess their financial situations, the full-time Financial Consultant will handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads while educating customers on debt settlement options in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Consult with clients to determine the viability of debt settlement and outline terms and conditions Manage inbound calls and proactively engage with leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to state and federal regulations related to debt settlement Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success Experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and documentation for at least 2 years Proficient in Google Workspace and managing customer inquiries through various communication channels Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
