Quality Data Analyst

Job TitleSupport Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, and structured documentation of internal processes across warranty and aftersales programs.This role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reporting, executing complex queries in Snowflake and SAS, and supporting ad hoc analytics requests for internal stakeholders and external partners, while also developing and maintaining clear, standardized documentation of TSO data processes, reporting logic, and workflows to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.Support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, and standardized documentation across warranty and aftersales programs.Responsible for Power BI reporting, Snowflake/SAS analytics, and ad hoc data support for internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutionsExecute complex queries using Snowflake and SASPerform data analysis on warranty, repair order, and dealer performance dataSupport ad hoc analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external partnersCreate and maintain documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and workflowsTranslate analytical findings into clear business insightsRequirements:3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligenceStrong SQL experience (Snowflake preferred)Experience with SASExperience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Automotive, warranty, or aftersales experienceExperience working with large datasets and performance reportingFamiliarity with warranty claims systems or repair order dataExperience working with cross-functional teamsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related fieldWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
