Assistant Project Manager: Field & Planning Coordinator

RM Mechanical, Inc. seeks a Project Administrator to provide project support under the direction of a Project Manager. The role includes coordinating schedules, tracking budget, submittals, RFI, payment applications, and closeout documents. You will visit job sites daily, inspect progress, prepare reports, and help manage relationships with owners, contractors, and vendors.
