Client Services Associate

Registered Investment Advisor seeks Senior Client Service Associate to join their New York Office. The Senior Associate will work closely with advisors to provide best in class service to their clients. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive, high‑quality service and resolving inquiries in collaboration with internal teams and Advisors. Support Senior Advisors in managing client relationships, with increasing responsibility for independently servicing lower‑complexity clients and partnering with clients’ professional networks (e.g., accountants, attorneys). Prepare client‑facing materials, including investment proposals, marketing collateral, and written communications, tailored to client needs and objectives. Coordinate client meetings overseeing preparation, logistics, and follow‑up to ensure a seamless client experience. Manage client onboarding and ongoing account administration, including account openings, disbursements, private fund subscriptions, and maintenance, while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. Work closely with Advisors to oversee client portfolios, reviewing benchmarks and asset allocation, identifying required adjustments, and coordinating the implementation of portfolio changes as needed. Generate and review client reports, partnering with the reporting team to deliver customized reporting solutions and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client objectives. Leverage expert business, industry, and operational knowledge in addition to frequent client interaction to identify value added client solutions. Qualifications: A four-year degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience. 2-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry; RIA and/or Broker/Dealer a plus. Relationship building skills; commitment to establishing long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality. Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and follow up skills. Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
