Mental Health Therapist, Behavioral Health (VIVA Counseling Program) – BBS Registered or Licensed Lifeline Community Services is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to support our growing team. You will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management to youth up to age 20 and their families. Services are provided in schools, at Lifeline’s clinic sites, and via Zoom. Our clinicians use a wide variety of counseling modalities and work in a culturally sensitive manner. The position is supervised by the Program Manager, and clinicians receive weekly group and individual supervision. Associate‑level clinicians gain hours toward licensure and work Monday‑Thursday with weekends off. Required Qualifications BBS registration required – AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC, LPCC. Experience providing mental health services to youth or young adults. Ability to connect with adolescents and young adults while maintaining effective professional boundaries. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong organization, time management, and clinical documentation skills. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and complete treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group counseling. Provide case coordination with other professionals including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, psychologists, IEP coordinators, schools, social workers, etc. Provide crisis management consultation and education, with a specific goal of removing barriers to a sustainable living environment. Participate in individual weekly and group supervision. Participate in quality assurance review processes and maintain county documentation standards. Complete other duties as assigned. Schedule Full‑time non‑exempt position. Monday‑Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). / Monday‑Friday (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM). Compensation Mental Health Therapist II: BBS registered, $30.00 – $33.00 per hour (DOE). Mental Health Therapist III: BBS licensed, $32.29 – $35.00 per hour (DOE). Salary will commensurate with experience and education. Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.
