Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You willbring2+years ofrelevantconstruction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE familyand an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatedegree in a related field or additional years of experience. The compensation package offered will depend on your ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including your skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
