Full-Time | $21/hour | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Onsite

Boothwyn Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Technician to join our growing compounding pharmacy team. This position supports prescription fulfillment, labeling, inventory, and pharmacy operations in a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process and accurately prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Package, label, and stage medications for delivery
• Assist with prescription data entry and patient inquiries
• Support sterile and non-sterile compounding operations
• Maintain accurate compounding and fulfillment documentation
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and supply management
• Follow HIPAA, USP <795> , <797> , <800> , and pharmacy safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace
• Report discrepancies or concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of pharmacy or related experience preferred
• Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred
• Sterile and/or non-sterile compounding experience a plus
• PTCB/CPhT or state pharmacy technician certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to patient safety and compliance
• Comfortable working onsite
