About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Enterprise Growth to spearhead the development of new partnerships within the Northeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for consultatively building and closing relationships with health systems, large physician groups, and ACOs involved in Medicare's Value-Based Care programs. This role demands a highly motivated industry leader with a proven track record in driving net-new growth, particularly in the healthcare sector. The Vice President will be tasked with owning the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, and will serve as the external evangelist for the company, representing it at regional industry events. Deep regional expertise and an established network in the Northeast's provider landscape are essential, as is a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and value-based care. Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with a focus on the healthcare industry. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication and executive presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite and physician leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as deep clinical knowledge in quality, outcomes, and population health drivers, are also necessary.
