Position Overview

As a Day Shift RN, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care while serving as a clinical leader on your unit—ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
• Ensure high standards of care and infection control

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with EMR/documentation systems
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
