What You'll Do Help members open and manage accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and navigate loan and credit card applications with confidence. Investigate and resolve account or loan questions with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail. Introduce members to products and services that fit their goals, empowering them to make informed financial decisions. Spot opportunities to deepen connections and enhance the member experience. Process cash and negotiable items securely and accurately. Collaborate, share knowledge, and help train teammates while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture. Follow regulations and best practices to ensure every interaction meets the highest standards. Support branch operations, including vault duties and ATM oversight as needed.
