About the Role: As a senior-level Director, Technology Project & Program Management, you will set the strategic direction for enterprise technology delivery across SAP, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms, leading senior managers and high-performing teams in executing large-scale, business-critical transformation programs. Accountable for performance, governance, and outcomes across Global Business Services (GBS), you will drive execution excellence, optimize resources, and ensure technology investments translate into measurable business value.Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, RevOps, and integrated ERP ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities. Define and institutionalize program management standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting cadences, and compliance controls to drive consistent execution excellence. Partner with executive stakeholders across GBS IT to shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs. Oversee program financials, portfolio resource allocation, vendor performance, risk mitigation, and value realization across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Drive SAP modernization and enterprise integration initiatives, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations, Central Finance, and RevOps Champion innovation through AI-enabled delivery capabilities, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement practices that enhance agility and decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop global teams of program managers, project managers, system integrators, and offshore delivery partners to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic guidance on major initiatives, governance decisions, regulatory adherence, and enterprise risk management. Skills: Transformational technology leadership with 20+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale programs and 10+ years leading high-performing teams and TPMs. Strategic program and project management expertise, including portfolio governance, roadmap development, delivery oversight, and executive-level decision support. Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and broader application ecosystems supporting complex business transformation. Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives with multi-million-dollar budgets, cross-functional dependencies, and measurable business outcomes. Executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence board-level, C-suite, business, and technology leaders. Strong command of program governance, risk management, quality engineering, compliance, and regulatory alignment in complex delivery environments. Resource planning and optimization expertise, including budgeting, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency improvement. Innovation and modernization leadership, including experience applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance delivery effectiveness, automation, and business value. Culture-building leadership focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery practices across the organization. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business or technology qualification preferred. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
