Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: documentation specifies this rate; total compensation includes salary plus benefits)
• Annual Base Salary: $500,000 - $550,000

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the Hematology/Oncology Division within a top-tier cancer institute
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop growth strategies and expand oncology services across multiple locations
• Direct clinical programs, including Bone Marrow Transplant and infusion services, within a large, integrated health system
• Mentor faculty, support research initiatives, and oversee academic programs and clinical trials
• Manage operational responsibilities, including budgeting and program development
• Maintain a clinical practice ( 25%) to stay engaged in patient care
• Lead efforts to advance precision medicine, population health initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaborations

What You Need
Required:

• MD/DO with Hematology/Oncology fellowship completed
• Proven leadership experience in a large academic or healthcare setting
• License to practice in Michigan or eligible to obtain one
• EMR experience (Epic preferred)

Preferred:

• Previous leadership roles such as Vice Chair, Chief, or Program Director
• Experience overseeing faculty, clinical programs, and research initiatives
• Experience with research development, clinical trials, and academic mentorship
