The practice operates with a focus on quality time, providing one-hour recall appointments and 90-minute blocks for new patients and SRP procedures. Role Overview Schedule: Mondays, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM). Compensation: $65.00 - $78.00 per hour (based on years of experience). Clinical Expectations: Single-column hygiene practice with a focus on co-diagnosis. Responsibilities include standard hygiene duties, room flipping, and tray sterilization.
