As a Clinic Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient registration and administrative processes within our dynamic clinic environment. Role Overview As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through registration, check-in, check-out, and financial discussions. Your role is essential in supporting patients, medical staff, and clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. What You Will Do Manage patient registration, including face-to-face check-in and check-out, preregistration, and chart reconciliation. Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients, connecting them to the Customer Service Center when needed. Handle cash collections and ensure accurate patient discharge processes. Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the telephone. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems. Basic computer skills, including opening software/email, navigating on a keyboard, and logging in/out of systems. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations and age groups. Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with a clinic environment. Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
