As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you own the full picture - team performance, guest experience, sales results, and culture. You're not executing someone else's playbook; you're building a center people are proud to work in and guests love coming back to. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. WHAT WE OFFER Compensation & Bonuses $23–$25/hr base depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses: $500, $1,000, or $1,500 Goals are realistic - our managers hit them Total potential: $53,000–$70,000 annually Commission on personal sales - rewarded for leading from the front Growth & Career Path 30-60-90 day structured onboarding Mentorship from district leadership Clear path: Senior Center Manager → District Manager Ongoing training and professional development Work-Life Balance 2 weeks PTO after first 90 days Consistent, predictable shift structure One weekend shift required (not both) Benefits Medical insurance (55% employer contribution) 401(k) with employer match Access to EWC services Paid Time Off WHAT YOU'LL OWN Sales & Business Results Own revenue, package, and product goals - and know your numbers Coach your team on guest education and confident selling Analyze trends and build action plans to move the needle Drive traffic through local marketing and brand campaigns Guest Experience Set the standard for every guest interaction - from first hello to farewell Resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and care Champion an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about Team Development Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing team members Coach consistently - performance reviews, 1-on-1s, real feedback Build internal succession so your team has somewhere to grow Create a culture people choose to stay in Center Operations Manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and cash handling Track KPIs - productivity, retention, labor - and act on what you find Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards without exception WHO YOU ARE We're not looking for a placeholder. We're looking for a builder. You own a number. You've been accountable for real sales metrics - revenue, conversion, retention - and you can tell us exactly what they were and whether you hit them. You develop people, not just manage them. You can name someone on a previous team you coached into a higher role. You give direct feedback and follow through. You recruit proactively. You don't wait for a job board to fill your pipeline. You know what "good" looks like and you go find it. You recover gracefully. When a guest has a problem, you don't pass it off - you own the fix, and you use it to make things better for the next person. You've managed a real team. 2+ years leading direct reports in retail, spa, beauty, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment. More experience = more earning potential. You're available when guests are. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (one weekend shift, not both). Reliable transportation required. OUR HIRING PROCESS Three steps. No runaround.
