Loan Officer

Newrez is seeking a driven Loan Officer to focus on REO purchase-driven loan origination. You will convert leads from REO listings and inquiries into funded loans, maintaining a fast pace and tight follow-up cadence to meet production targets. You will manage pre-approvals, engage buyers and agents, and leverage renovation and investor loan options when applicable. This role requires an active NMLS license and strong CRM skills, with flexibility for on-site or hybrid work in a high-volume #J-18808-Ljbffr
