The AGM will work closely with the General Manager and ownership team to help lead the daily operation while developing the people and systems needed for continued growth.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading and developing the front-of-house team

• Supporting daily restaurant operations and service execution

• Maintaining high standards for hospitality, food quality, and guest experience

• Coaching managers and team members and helping build a strong leadership culture

• Managing staffing, scheduling, labor, and operational priorities

• Monitoring sales, labor, inventory, and other key restaurant metrics

• Working closely with the kitchen and culinary team to maintain consistency

• Handling guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism

• Helping improve processes and operating standards as the business grows

• Supporting events, promotions, and other initiatives designed to drive sales

• Working closely with ownership and restaurant leadership on new ideas and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an AGM, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar restaurant leader

• Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Comfortable working in an operation generating significant sales volume

• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financial performance

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• Hands on leadership style with a willingness to be visible on the floor

• Strong judgment, initiative, and problem solving ability

• A creative mindset and interest in helping develop the business

• Ability to work effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams
