At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere!The OpportunityWe are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor. High Reach Freezer Stand-up Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate put away, storage, and pick-up of food-products in the freezer utilizing a High Reach Forklift, will also assist with daily cycle counts.What You'll DoPromote Safety FirstMove pallets with Food Product within the freezerPut away pallets with Food Product in the freezerCheck and count freight for accuracyTake Stock Counts as neededDirect product to the correct area in the warehouseAssist the production room in staging items as neededTransfer raw material, Finished Goods, and packaging between warehouse areas to support production planningEnsure the integrity and accuracy of inventory dataThe Ideal CandidateMust be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.Current Forklift CertificationMinimum four years of experience in Operating a Reach Forklift in a Freezer environmentGood communication skills (written and verbal)Must have excellent attention to detailExperience with Food ProductMust have inventory experience for cycle countingExperience with scanning, WMS, and Warehouse layoutExcellent organizational and time management skillsWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Bilingual is a plus!Work Location & Working ConditionsThis is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.The schedule is Monday to Friday2nd Shift - 2:45pm-11:15pmShift Differential = $1.00/hourWork is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols.
