Responsibilities Wash and sanitizedishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, andkitchen equipment Operate commercial dishwashingand kitchen equipmentsafely and properly Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchenwork areas Keep dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and equipmentclean throughout theshift Sort and removetrash and recyclingand transportit to designatedareas Clean and sanitizegarbage and wastecontainers as needed Maintain adequate suppliesof clean dishes, utensils, and equipmentforkitchen and food& beverage operations Assist with kitchencleaning and sanitationduties as assigned Follow all foodsafety, health, sanitation, and workplace safetystandards Work cooperatively withthe culinary andfood & beverage TEAM Performadditional duties asassigned by management What We’re Looking For Previous hotel, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person Reliable,hardworking, and self-motivated Strong attention tocleanliness and detail Positive attitude andwillingness to bepart of aTEAM Ability to workefficiently in a fast-paced kitchenenvironment Must be availablefor apart-time morningschedule Flexible availability forweekends and holidays Ability to liftand carry upto50 lbs.
