Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our specialized rehabilitation team. This position involves providing personalized therapy to patients recovering from various injuries and illnesses. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs. Your role will significantly contribute to maximizing patient health and quality of life during their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Eastern Iowa

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule, working from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with weekend hours required every other week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapy License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Mandatory child and adult CPR certifications
• Basic computer knowledge
