What You'll Do

• Customize Every Session – Create personalized massage treatments based on each client's goals, preferences, and wellness needs.
• Guide Clients Toward Their Goals – Recommend treatment plans, home care, enhancements, and educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and our membership program.
• Create Exceptional Experiences – Build meaningful relationships by delivering outstanding service that keeps clients coming back.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Complete accurate treatment notes while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Collaborate as a Team – Partner with fellow therapists, estheticians, and our front desk team to provide an exceptional spa experience.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Professional – Active Florida Massage Therapy License and current professional liability insurance.
• Excellent Communicator – Comfortable building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with teammates.
• Client-Focused – Passionate about helping people reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being.
• Eager to Learn – Interested in expanding your skills through continuing education and training in additional modalities.
