Description – Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and complex tests across various laboratory disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols at all times.
• Evaluate test results with precision, investigate discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instrumentation is calibrated and well-maintained.
• Assist in collecting specimens and meticulously prepare samples for accurate testing as required.
• Keep thorough documentation of laboratory procedures, mentor new team members or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment while complying with both regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification in allied health, together with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout the tenure of employment.
