Manufacturing Technician 2

Job Summary Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire R&D Technicians to work at our customer’s site in San Jose, CA. Temporary and temporary-to-hire positions are available. We accept candidates at all experience levels. Experience as a battery manufacturing technician is a great plus. Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment used in the production of goods, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met. Assemble components, monitor machinery, perform inspections, document production data, and support process improvements. Work in cleanroom or laboratory environments and follow strict SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines. Possess a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, team-driven settings. Shifts Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Sun‑Wed) Day shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Tue‑Fri) Day shift: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sun‑Wed) Third shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Wed‑Sat) Compensation Pay rate ranges $25 to $32 per hour DOE. Experienced R&D Technicians will be compensated according to experience. Qualifications Must be able to work in a clean room environment, follow GMPs and SOPs, and possess good data-entry skills. All levels of experience are welcome.
