- Leverage the depth and breadth of your knowledge and expertise in primary and secondary research to help bank conduct research designed to inform business and marketing strategies
- Contribute to the design and execution of market research projects, including deciding on appropriate research methodologies, assessing pricing and feasibility, conducting analyses, writing reports creation, and presenting insights
- Partner with business, media, advertising and marketing teams to identify knowledge gaps and translate business objectives into the development of a powerful research agenda that will guide strategy
- Present brand and marketing insights to internal clients and leaders, influencing others through storytelling and impactful insights that drive discussion and business action
- Periodically perform data pulls and ad-hoc analyses to inform key business decisions
- Contribute and continually update your knowledge of evidence-based marketing to refine bank's brand strategy and measurement approaches
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a primary market research role on either the supplier side or client side
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in a primary market research role on either the supplier side or client side.
- Experience working on or leading brand health studies and/or long-term research projects focused on marketing communications and business results, ideally in the financial services industry
- Subject matter expertise in B2B and B2C technology
- At least 2 years of experience in a primary market research role managing an on-going tracking study
- At least 2 years of experience working with analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, SQL or similar relational database tools
- At least 3 years in a "client" facing consultative role (supplier or internal)
- At least 2 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company or a company well-known for the marketing and market research disciplines
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
