Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems since 1972. We're looking for a Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities.
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience | Competitive Salary + Commission
What You Will Do
- Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
- Utilize solution selling to close business based on value, not price, with a variety of end-users
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners and property managers before, during, and after projects
- Complete ongoing sales, service, and industry training to sharpen skills
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with heights and ladders
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
- Commercial roofing application or sales experience
- Public speaking, debate, or prospecting experience
- Above-average knowledge of business suite software
