Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FP, IM) – Post-Acute Care – Roswell, New Mexico

Opportunity Highlights

Full-time (4–5 days/week) or part-time (1–3 days/week) schedule
Monday–Friday rounding in skilled nursing facilities
Flexible schedule with no primary night call
Supportive multidisciplinary team with structured onboarding and clinical mentorship

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate care with physicians and facility staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity
Estimated earnings: $106,000–$125,000+ annually
