They evaluate, diagnose, monitor, and manage patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical therapeutics. Work collaboratively with a team including physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals. Require a postgraduate degree, advanced practice licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification. No prior experience necessary. Possess strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills. Capable of managing stress, making decisions under pressure, and handling multiple priorities. Work involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions, with the ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force.
