Courier Services Position

Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position is responsible for performing courier services of paperwork, packages and other items to various locations, including pickup and delivery services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Part Time, On Site Position Responsibilities

• Deliver files, packages, paperwork, and other items as necessary between office locations of Peninsula Land & Title (PLT).
• Deliver files, packages, paperwork, and other items as necessary between office locations of PLT and other business partners including, but not limited to: Seacoast Bank, The Villages Administration, The Villages Accounting office, local courthouses, etc.
• Ensure safe and secure transport of all deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including items received and delivered.
• Assist with minor clerical duties for the Post-Closing department, including checking recording packages, moving files, etc. as requested.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business.
• A Valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
