International Tax Manager — Grand Rapids, MI

What you'll do:

• Advise clients on inbound/outbound structures, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F and transfer pricing
• Review Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118 and international components of provisions
• Mentor seniors and staff; support cross-border business development

What you bring:

• CPA, JD or LLM in Taxation
• 6+ years of tax experience with an international focus, public accounting preferred
• Strong technical research and communication skills
