Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Director to lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is ready to take ownership of clinical quality, patient care coordination, and day-to-day team support.

You will remain involved in patient treatment while also guiding staff, maintaining care standards, and helping the clinic operate smoothly. This position requires strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and the ability to support both patients and team members in a busy outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy care for outpatient cases
• Lead clinical operations and support daily clinic flow
• Guide therapists and support staff with treatment planning and documentation
• Monitor patient progress, care quality, and discharge planning
• Ensure clinical records are accurate, timely, and compliant
• Support clinic performance, staff development, and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to balance direct care with operational leadership
