Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $35$45 per hour, based on role and experience

The Roles: HVAC Service Technician

We're building out our Service department and are looking to add a qualified tech to the team bring your years of hands-on experience. You'll work independently on residential service and maintenance, backed by a team and company that invests in your growth. This isn't a temp fix or a revolving door. We're growing fast, and we want people who want to build something with us.

Responsibilities:

• Service, diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and repairs for HVAC systems.
• Provide leadership to Junior tech HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of residential air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
• Be knowledgeable on Furnaces, Air Handlers, Ductless Systems, Boilers, Hydronics. Heat pumps

• Residential HVAC Service experience
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Proficiency with hand and power tools of the trade
• Clean, safe driving record
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, stretch, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects exceeding 50 lbs
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Sustained physical activity throughout the workday
