STEWARD/DISHWASHER | ARRIVE HOTEL AUSTIN POSITION PROFILE We're looking for an upbeat, team-focused Steward/Dishwasher to help us maintain a clean kitchen, from guest dishware, to cooking equipment and prep stations. THE TASK AT HAND Making sure all cooking equipment, cutlery, china and work stations are clean at all times. Working efficiently so all equipment, glassware, flatware, and dishware are properly stocked and ready for service. Helping to maintain all equipment, glassware, china and cutlery in order to preserve quality. Coordinating with Kitchen Management on cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Collecting and placing produce, proteins and other necessary ingredients in their respective places. Sweeping kitchen floors before and after service. Cleaning the walk-in fridge and making sure all food storage areas are clean. Maintaining the kitchen cleaning schedule. Working positively and professionally with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and an enjoyable workplace for all. Tries to take the bigger picture into consideration and is confident as to when and where to seek guidance and clarity from senior members of the team.
