Total compensation averages between $21.00-$25.00 per hour (includes base + tips). Full time or part-time positions available. Daytime or evening availability. Approximate shift times: 9:30a-5p or 5p-11/11:30p. Consistent scheduling available!

Shift Leader Responsibilities include: Timely and efficiently opening the store, either alone or with a team, confidently and timely preparing food items; maintaining an elevated awareness of stock levels, accurately communicating and serving customers with joy, demonstrating thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards, maintaining responsible cash handling and performing closing cash out procedures accurately, exemplifying Sundae's customer service standards; executing with pride and leadership, participating in and contributing to all staff meetings and team cleaning tasks, leading a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards.
