Agility Lead Senior Associate - Digital Portfolio Management

As an Agility Senior Associate in Consumer Community Banking Digital Portfolio Management team, you will contribute to the team by guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of agile principles, you will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to build continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. You will guide and support solution delivery teams in adopting and tailoring agile practices across the entire product development lifecycle—modernized for AI-enabled delivery. Leveraging advanced knowledge of agile principles and contemporary product operating models, you will facilitate group discussions, promote effective decision-making, and lead collaborative activities that drive continuous improvement and high performance.In addition, you will help teams introduce new ways of working in an agentic world, where AI assistants and agentic workflows augment analysis, documentation, testing, operations, and delivery execution. You will coach teams on integrating AI into day-to-day ceremonies and execution (e.g., backlog refinement, story slicing, acceptance criteria, risk/controls checks, test strategy, and release readiness), while ensuring strong governance, transparency, and quality outcomes. Job responsibilitiesFacilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and provide guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performanceUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate delivery planning and agile artifact creation (e.g., synthesizing inputs into action items), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts, including navigating change introduced by AI-driven workflow shifts and ensuring psychological safety during adoption.Enable agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals, incorporating data/AI-informed capacity and dependency insights to support effective resource management and outcome-based planning.Analyze and interpret policies, identify key barriers, and apply your critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle.Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement routines (e.g., retrospectives and delivery insights), ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple teams, and guide the evolution toward AI-enabled, agentic ways of working (e.g., AI-assisted discovery, delivery, testing, and documentation) while reinforcing consistent agile best practices.Coach teams on leveraging Agile and tooling (e.g., Jira) to drive predictable delivery, and on incorporating AI copilots/assistants to improve backlog clarity, story readiness, acceptance criteria quality, and delivery flow—while maintaining human accountability.Analyze and identify key barriers across the product development lifecycle, including impediments to scaling AI-enabled delivery (e.g., inconsistent practices, quality risks, governance gaps), and apply critical thinking to drive sustainable improvements.Manage agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), and introduce AI-augmented practices (e.g., faster synthesis of action items, experiment tracking, decision logs, and continuous improvement metrics).. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices and a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals including effective facilitation in cross-functional, AI-influenced workflows.Proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance, using data-driven metrics and experimentation to validate new ways of working.Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to adapt operating models for AI-enabled product delivery. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKanban and modernization experience (plus), including experience improving flow efficiency and reducing cycle time in evolving delivery environments.Experience enabling or coaching teams on AI-assisted / agentic delivery practices (e.g., AI-supported refinement, test strategy acceleration, automated routine work, improved knowledge management) while maintaining strong quality, risk, and governance standards.
