Cook II: Advanced Prep & Culinary Team Player

Sycuan is seeking a Cook II to support the Sous Chef by preparing specialty and standard menu items using approved recipes. You will maintain all food, equipment and kitchen areas to casino health codes and standards, while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment for guests and staff. The role requires reading tickets, following FIFO, and ensuring consistent flavor, quality and presentation.
