Hotel Bath Surface Restoration Technician (Traveling)

Imagine starting your week on-site at a well-known hotel, greeted by a Project Manager who walks you through the day’s plan. You set up your workspace, prep the tub and floor surfaces, and carefully tape, tack, and stencil before you begin. You replace worn caulk, seal and stain grout lines, remove any overspray, and then execute the company’s signature paint-free process. Throughout the day, you coordinate professionally with hotel staff to keep operations smooth and guest experiences undisturbed.

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company that serves leading hotels nationwide to directly hire a Traveling Technician who restores and refinishes bathroom tubs and floors.

Compensation & Travel

• $22.00 per hour while working
• $10.00 per hour while traveling
• $40 per day per diem
• Housing covered while on the road

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Project Manager to execute daily plans and timelines
• Prep bath and floor surfaces; perform painting steps including taping, tacking, and stenciling
• Replace caulk; seal and stain grout lines
• Remove overspray and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Perform the signature paint-free process
• Collaborate with hotel staff in a courteous, professional manner

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for 7–14 days at a time
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, service-focused environment
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Experience in hospitality or multi-family construction trades
